Santa Clarita Engagement Session l Vasquez Rocks Engagement Session l TaVon & Kendra

Kendra and TaVon's engagement session took place at Vasquez Rocks. Kendra found me on Instagram and reached out to me, within 2 weeks we had everything finalized for the shoot. It was an absolute pleasure working with these two. Our time together was full of fun, and laughter. They both came ready and open for the shoot. Their love Story:

"Our story started in 2009. Kendra was freshly graduated from college (North Carolina A&T) and had recently moved to the Washington DC area to start her career as an electrical engineer at the Washington DC power company. TaVon was finishing his electrical engineering degree at Hampton University. It was winter break and all the HBCU students and alum gather together at a Bar called Thirsty Turtle in College Park, Maryland. There we partake and enjoyed pitchers of beer, wings, countless games of beer pong, and of course music. The night was coming to an end and Kendra notice there was a guy that was looking to get her attention. TaVon eventually approached Kendra, where the two talked and realized they had a lot in common and they were both engineers. Kendra gave TaVon her number that night and told him to call her after the New Year (which was a few days away) because of her schedule. January 2, 2010 TaVon calls and from there the rest was history."
